Position Responsibilities

• Approach spas to inform them about joining WaySpa
• Determine and cater to spa needs
• Create a smooth transition for the spa to their designated Account Manager

Ideal Candidate

• At least 2 years experience in direct sales
• Understanding of spa industry
• Drive to satisfy the needs of all parties involved in a partnership
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Strong sense of urgency and drive to meet or exceed targets
• Outstanding sales skills and ability to develop a large client base
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be a strong team player
• Understanding of spa industry
