Welcome to Elmcrest College Student Massage Therapy Clinic

The Elmcrest College Student Massage Therapy Clinic comprises up to 3 clinic rooms with 5 treatment areas each. The student-teacher ratio in the clinic is a maximum of 10:1. Each treatment area is curtained off and equipped with a massage table, chair, stool, linen and music. In addition, thermaphores, ice packs, paraffin bath equipment and a hydroculator enabling students to apply both hot and cold hydrotherapy to clients are available if required in a treatment. Clinic sessions run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

The Elmcrest College Student Esthetics Clinic is an integral part of the Professional Spa Therapist program. Students practice newly acquired skills (both technical & interpersonal skills) in supervised clinic sessions that begin at the end of term 1.
Each clinic session is supervised by a member of the Esthetics faculty, who is a qualified Esthetician, and is able to provide guidance and assistance to the student.  Clinic sessions run Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 5:45 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday from 1:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday from 1:45 p.m. to 5 p.m.
