I had one of the nicest pedicures I've ever had at 5th Element. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. The spa itself is beautiful - you'd never know you were in a suburban plaza. The only complaint was that I arrived the requested 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and ended up waiting a full 30 minutes before my spa service began. I would have liked for it to begin more promptly.
